- C4: Added 10 coins among the bottom area to account for the fact that the reds mission does not intend you to go through the sewer area anymore
- C10: Redesigned the level and star missions (object-wise); Koopa is replaced because he commonly desynced [largely REVISED in v1.12 and its hotfixes]
- B3: Added a spinning heart and removed Heave-Hos as Lug desired in his Behind the Scenes video
- Glitched star doors are fixed (thanks to Pyro Jay)

- C9: The level is now moved to Overworld 1, as was originally intended to be the case; added 5 coins
- C10: Rearranged the star missions and some objects in the level [largely REVISED with v1.12 Hotfix 2]
- C11: Added 34 coins to the level (compared to pre-v1.9)
- C12: Removed one of the Boos because Boos now give blue coins in every level
- C13: Centered the coin rings above the mountain peaks
- C15: Added a metal box to nerf the only jump Lug disliked in the level, according to his Behind the Scenes video
- B1: The stars now let you stay in the level
- B2: The stars now let you stay in the level; relocated the red coin near the Bowser pipe

V1.12 Hotfix 2 (made by FrostyZako):
- C10: Restored level to its pre-v1.10 and made changes from there.
-> Koopa desyncs are fixed; "The Other Power-Tower" is replaced with "Trials of the Hidden Cliff" and two red coins have been moved to make that work
(Compared to early v1.12, "The Other Power-Tower" is replaced with Koopa, rest is essentially the same)
